How can I track the status of my repair request?
You can check the status of your repair via the Samsung Care+ website (https://ph.careplus.co/ ⭧) or email us at cs.ph@careplus.co
Otherwise, our Samsung Care+ service team will contact you via email, SMS or phone call to:
• Inform you that the repair request has been received.
• Confirm the pick-up address or drop-off location of the damaged device.
• Notify you once the device has been repaired.
• Inform you when the device is ready for delivery or collection.
