What is the difference between Samsung Care+ and Samsung Manufacturer's Warranty?

Samsung Manufacturer’s Warranty comes with a new Samsung device and covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use during the warranty period. It does not cover breakage or liquid damage.

Samsung Care+ is a repair service available to customers who purchase a new Samsung device. It provides repair support for breakage, including damage caused by drops, impact, fire, or contact with liquids, as well as breakdown due to defects that occur after the Manufacturer’s Warranty has ended. Depending on the Samsung Care+ plan purchased, customers receive additional breakdown coverage for defects that occur after the Manufacturer’s Warranty period has ended.
